Renting versus Buying: Making the Decision to Rent or Buy in Los Angeles

by on November 8, 2011

When looking for a place to live, people put a lot of thought into location, amenities and cost, but they often overlook the first question to ask themselves at the beginning of any house or apartment hunt: “Should I rent or buy?” People usually begin the process with a preconceived notion of what they’re going to do; unfortunately, that notion isn’t always based on careful consideration, soul-searching or research, but rather on what their coworker, family member or best friend told them to do.

by on September 29, 2011

In dog-centric Los Angeles, there are many places to eat that cater to the “human-with-dog” clientele. Beverly Hills is filled with many dog friendly establishments that keep canines in mind.

In terms of equal rights, however, dogs are mostly limited to outside patios, with owner and leash in tow. But, isn’t that better than leaving your pooch at home or trapped inside your car (which is illegal, by the way) while you guiltily enjoy your “double tall skinny latte” or Waldorf salad? Woof! (Yes!)

Parking Tickets are Expensive: Beverly Hills Waives Erroneous Parking Tickets as a Courtesy

by on September 16, 2011
