There are some beautiful homes in Beverly Hills right now and this week on caravan I was able to see an impressive selection.

My newest listing at 825 North Roxbury in Beverly Hills is a beautiful modern home and is my top property this week.   This completely renovated 6 bedroom home in the Beverly Hills Flats was built with the help of Beverly Hills’ own Milan Architects. 95% of the home is brand new. A marvelous pool, spacious guest house, suite like rooms and stunning architecture make this home one to love.

We held our first Broker’s Open on Tuesday, and as usual, it was a crazy day. Our stager (Lisa of Meridith Baer) was putting some final touches on the home 30 minutes before we opened the doors for the first time. We went through 4 platters of amazing sushi, and the Beverly Hills brokers all had a wonderful time viewing the home.

1.  1031 Summit Drive – This house is a beauty. When I first saw picture, I knew some of my clients would love the fact that although you’re in the middle of our bustling city, the architecture and design makes it feel like you’re not in LA at all, but rather a comfortable home in the countryside.

2.  708 N Hillcrest Road – This home is perfect for those who love being in their backyard. It’s resort style pool and lounge area is perfect for parties, and the interiors of the Mediterranean home are something to love.
